I liked how easy it was to communicate with the staff. They were accommodating and let me know what the hotel offered in terms of breakfast and amenities provided. The room was clean and quiet and it had a nice view.

- best value for money August 2022 (about 515 PLN per night with breakfast). EurPln = 4.7 - amazingly quiet rooms - very good breakfasts - they serve croissants, pain au chocolate, sweet creaps and pancakes. Additionally 3 types of cheese and 3 types of hams. There are yogurts with granola, cornflakes, honey, Nutella, cereals, confitures etc. Bread, toasts and hard boiled eggs as well. Every day the same food but it's still much more than you would got in any restaurant for 8-10 euros. Coffee and water in unlimited all day. - 3min walk max to metro station - 30-40min max to main tourist attractions - very friendly staff - comfortable and clean rooms - bigger by about 3m2 than any other in city centre. - enough storage room for two people

The location of hotel is ideal. Not too busy an area but not off the beaten track. Close to all transport links so very easy to get into city attractions and sights. Staff were accommodating and friendly. Restaurant food was very good and reasonably priced. We stayed for four nights and although the hotel was busy it was not noisy and no disrupted nights sleep which is perfect when you are up early for a full day of sightseeing.

Entrance to the hotel only with a room cards, amazing staff, great breakfast, early checkin per request, metro 200m away. Ibis hotels are great as always!

Free and high-quality tea and coffee for the full day. Also, croissants were excellent and free for the whole day. The beds were comfortable. The lights were nice. The bathroom was good. Everything was clean. We loved the breakfast. The location was very close to the metro station, so it was easy to reach the center. The staff were kind. Everything was beyond my expectations.

Rooms are clean, small but all you need. Staff where helpful and polite. Location is great, right next to metro line and trams/buses, shops not too far away either - about 30 minutes away from the main attractions. Bathroom is a decent size. They offered a decent looking breakfast but can't comment on the quality as didn't get it.

The location was great for getting around. Several transport systems such as tram and metro and buses. Hotel was quiet and you could get a decent night's sleep. Shower was clean, TV was in working condition. Breakfast variety was good. Breakfast staff were very lovely and accommodating.

The location is really good. You have the metro line no. 7 at five minutes walking and you can easily get to main attractions by subway. For example, Louvre is only 25 minutes away with metro. Eiffel Tower at 40 minutes. The room was clean, with enough space for us, the staff really nice and welcoming. Also we appreciated the coffee/tea machine available for free 24/24, the same as the place where you could get drinking water for free any time of the dah.

Customer-focused staff - mainly Matthew who welcomed us at Ibis on Saturday 08 September. He showed strong emotional intelligence skills, mainly Empathy and Self-regulation, and upon my request provided us with another room. Matthew was also helpful and gave us directions to the Stade de France for the Paralympic Closing Ceremony my partner and I went to attend. Breakfast has a good variety of food and the location is pretty good too. Clean room! We had a great time in Paris. Gare Du Nord and St Pancras International never has been so close! What a wonderful time during the Summer Games 2024 in the vibrant, charming City of Light, and the care of staff at Ibis Meteor Avenue d'Italie played a part in this! Gracie Mille!.
